Su estructura se basa en dos partes bien diferenciadas una primera a manera de "contrainformativo" en el que se exponen diferentes artículos falsos, mezclando textos, titulares y viñetas de reconocidos artistas, la segunda parte es de información de actualidad (sobre todo política) que basa su fórmula en la difusión de confidenciales. QUÉ ES MONGOLIA: 1.- Mongolia no es una revista; es un país. 2.- Todo lo que dice Mongolia es mentira (incluida esta frase). 3.- Nada de lo que dice Mongolia es verdad (incluida esta frase). 4.- Respetamos la incredulidad.
