Create and enjoy craft cocktails
Before we are open, meet our master mixologist and learn a lot about creating great cocktails. As a guest, you will personally make 3 craft cocktails. After you create your creations, you will be able to enjoy each one of them. The knowledge you learn you will be able to take home and create many more cocktails at home and impress friends too.
This class will last approximately 1 hour long, will include all mixers and alcohol for the drinks and the tools to make the cocktails.
If you are unable to make the class, feel free come enjoy our craft bar during our regular hours.

Our popular brewstillery tour is two tours in one! You’ll learn how we make beer and bourbon. This intimate, immersive experience includes a detailed guided tour and generous samples of our products. At the end of the tour we will sample a cask strength whiskey straight from the barrel, and one of our delicious bourbon chocolates. Great for groups, teams, and couples alike.
BikeRide StreetArt and Hidden Gem Tour
We will start of by getting familiar with each other and the bikes that we will be riding. Then we RIDE!!We will ride around one of San Antonio's most popular areas,
The Pearl. We will continue riding through the streets of SA where we will point out our favorite restaurants, coffee shops and bars.
Keep in mind this ride highlights a lot of the street art in downtown SA. There is roughly 10 stops along the route and two opportunities to use restrooms.The ride will go one for about two hours and we will ride about 5 to 8 miles ( ish).
Our guides are also familiar with the history of San Antonio, so along the way they will toss up a few tidbits of info about the city. There will be a quiz at the end :)

Tortilla workshop and Tex-Mex meal with chef in San Antonio
Learn how to make authentic flour tortillas by hand then enjoy a Tex-Mex meal together!
After a quick intro, we'll talk about the ingredients and different variations you can choose from. Then you’ll start mixing! Throughout the process, I will work with each person to answer any questions that may arise. I will teach you some methods to help cook and store your flour tortillas. We will roll out however many tortillas you’d like, cook them, then pair them with some signature Tex-Mex ingredients that make for the best tacos. We will have food options available for all diets and allergies and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages available for guests.
We'll provide all the ingredients and tools you'll need, so all you have to bring is clothes your not afraid to cook in, and your appetite!

Alcohol ink painting in my art studio
I will start out by giving you a demo of the alcohol inks on ceramic tiles in my New Braunfels studio. I will explain how to use the inks and will provide a step by step process. No experience necessary at all. This is a fun and relaxing painting process. You will go home with two amazing alcohol ink tiles and at least 1 painting on Yupo paper. The colors are vibrant and beautiful! We will practice using canned air to create flowers and other designs. I will show you how to create a landscape. You can also create whatever you like and I will guide you and give you tips. These tiles can be framed or put on small easels. I will give you resources on where to order frames and I will also provide you with an email after the class including all the steps we discussed so you can paint alcohol inks on your own!
Please be sure and wear your face mask for this experience.
Classes are $55 each (1-4), however groups of 5 are $45 per person. Let me know if you would like to have a group of 5.

Latin Dance Lesson - Bachata or Salsa
Get ready to have an incredible experience with a dance lesson. We will start out with a meet and greer where we get to know each other and the other student(s), followed by the dance lesson.
This experience is for couples and singles.
After the fun and interactive dance lesson, you’ll have the option of joining me at one of the top Latin dance clubs in San Antonio for more practice/social dancing as a free added bonus.
The dance lesson will include:

No dancing experience required. You will enjoy the lesson and get a chance to try out what you learned.
Kayak the Riverwalk
Come float among the trees with us. Experience great views of downtown neighborhoods and come back with a San Antonio memory most don't have. The San Antonio Paddling trail winds through the middle of downtown and is calm and tranquil making it a perfect tour for beginners and families. We will provide kayaks, all the equipment you need and guide you through one of the oldest and most historic areas of the city. You'll experience a quiet stretch of the San Antonio Riverwalk that most don't see.

The experience will last roughly an hour, up to 1.5 hr depending on changing times, etc. We will start directly in the center of the city. The Alamo gardens, the river walk, and so much more is condensed into this space. We will walk to a few gorgeous landmarks and I can explain some of the history of the 7th largest city in the US, while also taking glamorous photos of you and your friends/family. Outfit changes are encouraged if you want photos you can post overtime! This is a candid photo walk with styled photos in between.
Alternative locations include the Japanese Tea Garden and the Landa Library. If you would like special occasion photos, I suggest inquiring with me about these locations after booking. If you’re looking for high fashion or creative content, I suggest the immersive photo experience available on my page.
Other things to note:
Whether this is your first time having professional photos done, or you are an expert, I want to make this experience as comfortable as possible. I can help aid you in various poses to capture the best angles, or I can leave all the creativity to you. Don’t be nervous, you’ll be a natural.
Please note there is only a 15 minute grace period after the start of the experience. If I don’t hear from someone in the party by that point, I will have to be on my way to other bookings.
Rescue Farm Educational Tour
Come spend an hour with the equine residents at Central Virginia Horse Rescue! During your one hour tour, you will have the opportunity to meet the residents of CVHR and learn about each of their stories and how they got here.
Your tour will start with a walking tour around the farm to meet our residents. During the tour, you will learn about what is involved in caring for a horse, their behaviors and overall general information regarding maintaining horses and a farm.
The tour will conclude with a grooming session with one of the equine ambassadors at the rescue farm.
